Death certificate extract
Introduction
The death certificate extract is issued to the ascendants and descendants of the deceased, to the widower, to the testamentary or dative guardian or to any person authorised for that purpose.
The death certificate extract is issued by the registrar of the place of declaration or transcription of the death (in Morocco or with the consular services).
The Consular services may also request copies of this document for Moroccans living abroad, who have died in Morocco or in other consular districts.
Documentos requeridos
- Family booklet, or;
- A former death certificate extract, or;
- A former full copy of the death certificate, or;
- The place, the number of act and the year of declaration of the death.
- Identity document of the applicant.
