The MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AFRICAN COOPERATION AND MOROCCAN EXPATRIATES has introduced this guide in order to simplify and standardise the procedures for consular services, provided by our Diplomatic Missions and Consular Posts. The guide also aims at improving the quality of welcoming Moroccans Living Abroad. For this reason, it has been set out some required documents and procedures to be followed in order to benefit from the consular services.
This initiative is part of a wider department's effort aimed at modernising the Consular’ mission and actions, in accordance with the High Royal directives.
This guide is a collection of information specific to the consular offices; it provides answers to the questions relating to the procedures to be followed for the preparation of the administrative documents issued by our consular services abroad.
It also provides links to the Moroccan government websites that offer useful online services to members of the Moroccan community residing abroad and answer their frequently raised questions.
The guide is evolving and will be updated according to the legislative, regulatory and procedural changes.
