Introduction
This is a certificate issued by the consular services, at the request of a Moroccan national, recalling the provisions of the Moroccan Family Code regarding marriage.
Documents required
- Consular registration;
- CNIE or Passport (original + copy);
- Proof of marital status (engagement, marriage, non-remarriage, divorce or death of spouse, etc.).
